24.01.2022 Renates Story: I had my second child and had put on around 10kg, after 3 months I had lost 4kg but I was really struggling to loose the excess weight and get down to my goal weight. I was home a lot as I didnt feel too comfortable putting both children in the creche and I felt I was constantly snacking. I stumbled upon West Coast Home Fitness and thought having a trainer come to me would work great and it really helped. After 3 months I lost the remaining 6kg and got down to my goal weight. Highly recommend West Coast Fitness for anyone looking for weight loss.
