16.01.2022 Hi all, With our Christmas drive wrapping up today, we have collected and donated well over 250 toys, books and sports equipment to Emma House. For those that ...don’t know Emma House Domestic Violence Services Inc. is the primary specialist domestic and family violence service in South West Victoria. They help provide safety, support, information, advocacy and children’s counselling. They have already helped over 160 families this Christmas, but from speaking to them that only scratches the surface. I would really just like to thank everyone who has donated something small or large and took the time out of their busy life to make an effort with this. With close to 500 toys, books, school and sports equipment donated you have all made a massive difference in someone’s life this Christmas! 14.01.2022 Despite a very different end to the 2019/20 season where we were not able to have our usual presentation night it is important to acknowledge our individual award winners. There were many highlights throughout the season but few topped our Junior Premierships in both the 15's and 17's. 04.01.2022 Sunday Under 11 Grand Finale The Grand Final Day for the Under 11 Competition for season 2019/20 will be hosted by the West Warrnambool Cricket Club at the Davi...dson Oval, Sunday 16th February, 2020.. Also on this day one of the WDCA Under 15 Semi Final matches will be played on the Turf wicket at that ground commencing at 12.30pm. As a consequence the Under 11’s games will start at an earlier time than normal; The five Round 1 matches will commence at 9am. The five Round 2 matches will now commence at 10.30am. A feature match will be played in this round. West Warrnambool CC will have a BBQ in operation with drinks and snacks and thanks to WDCA Sponsor Sungold, Sungold Milk will be provided for all of the players. With over 160 young player participating in the day this event will no doubt be a spectacle.
