01.01.2022 Its important to floss your teeth once a day. Flossing removes food particles and plaque between the teeth, where your toothbrush cannot reach. 01.01.2022 It is important to brush teeth and gums at least twice a day. If possible, brush 30 minutes after every meal. Brushing not only removes plaque, but also removes food particles stuck between teeth. When bacteria in plaque come into contact with food particles, they produce acids. These acids lead to cavities.
