22.01.2022 We would just like to try and keep everyone informed about how busy we have been and still are. Currently we are booked out for surgery 3 weeks in advance and currently booked for consults for 3-4 working days. We please ask that if you are unable to make your consult timeslot or surgical day that you please notify us so that we can place someone else in need in your allocated spot. Please be aware that we are trying our very best to accomodate everyones needs for their pets... to have them seen as soon as possible. We please ask that bare in mind we are a sole man practice and we can only do so much in any one day. We are also still trying to adhere to Covid restrictions and social distancing as well, so please be patient. We thank everyone for their time and patients over the past few months and over the months to come leading up to christmas See more

20.01.2022 Someone of you may have met Anna over the last few months. Anna has been doing 2 days a week for us for the past 5 months which has helped Marshall so much. Today is Anna's last day as she is heading off to have a baby, but Anna will be joining us again after her maternity leave to continue with us 2 days a week. All of us at WCVH would like to wish Anna all the very best with the arrival of her beautiful baby and also to say Thank you. We look forward to having her back with us again soon.

20.01.2022 Today is Candice's birthday. It's a bit sparse I'm afraid due to the pandemic closures of the flower and cake shop, but we had a lovely feed of different cheeses, dips and biscuits. It's about the appreciation and the company. For those who don't know, Candice has been working with me since she was 16 years old in 2004. She is my Head Nurse, very talented with many skills. She is my backstop, my rock and I'm proud to say she is my friend and support. Happy Birthday Candice

16.01.2022 This beautiful black cockatoo was in today for microcchipping. Birds should always be microchipped just like dogs and cats as it's easier to track if they are missing. Did you know a black cockatoo can live for 40-50 years in captivity?

02.01.2022 COVID- 19 PRACTICE POLICY UPDATE Due to the current new outbreak and second wave of Covid-19 please be aware that our restrictions have been put back into place. We please ask that you abide by our current rules for the safety of our staff, clients and their families. This is a hard time for everyone so please respect our rules, be patient and courteous to the staff. The following rules/restrictions are currently in place;... - On arrival please either phone the clinic to notify staff you are there and please wait in your car. A staff member will come and grab you when it's your turn. This is to limit the amount of people in close contact within our waiting room. - We are limiting 1 adult only with every patient to each consultation, and we please ask that you remain seated during the consultation. This is to help maintain social distancing the best we can. - If you need flea, tick, worming, repeat prescription medication or anything over the counter, we ask that you please phone ahead and our staff will get the items ready for you to pick up and may even meet you at the door with them for collection. - We please ask that if you have been travelling recently or in contact with anyone who has tested positive for covid-19 or are ill in any way, that you please do not come into the clinic. The protection of our staff and fellow clients is paramount. We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, however your co-operation throughout this time is very important. We are trying our best for everyone to be able to keep our clinic doors open to be able to continue treating your pets throughout this pandemic. Whilst ever we keep our staff healthy we will remain open for your pets. So please everyone we ask that you respect our changes throughout this time. Thank you all for your patience.
