23.01.2022 Here’s a behind the scenes look at how you can have your lift completely customised to your home. These swatches were selected for a new home build with Giorgi and were brought to us to create an elevator that fits just right into the aesthetic and design of the build. To match the light and bright whites of the home, the lift will feature beautiful white powder coated walls with pops of gold accents and doors to bring an extra level of luxury to the design. This lift will be unlike any we’ve designed in the past so stay tuned to see the final result.

21.01.2022 Work is more than a just job that pays the bills. For us, work is the opportunity to not only be inspired by incredibly skilled professionals but to contribute to people’s lives. That’s why this Dalkeith project was a 2020 highlight. Working alongside Craig Steere Architects and Bastille Homes was an absolute pleasure - they lived up to their exceptional reputations, reminding us how much we love what we do.

21.01.2022 If you're a savvy investor keen to take advantage of the current market and maximise the value of your investment property, here’s how a lift can help you. Not only will you increase the value of your property but a lift will make your build appeal to a much wider market. Including: Retiree’s eager to invest in a home that will meet their needs for years to come People with disabilities or families with disabled members keen to make their homes accessible to all Lovers of luxury who seek a home that reflects their personal taste Forward thinkers who want a home that will last a lifetime, one they can live in till late retirement.

21.01.2022 Double both the floor space and buyer interest in your new property Here’s how Collins Property Group WA Pty Ltd made the most of their space for this Subiaco townhouse and got it sold on the first weekend. The brief: A beautiful townhouse nestled in the heart of Subiaco with a spacious kitchen, living, dining and master bedroom, that appeals to a large sector of the market, and in particular retirees looking to downsize. ... The plan: To maximise space in this Subiaco townhouse, they decided to make it two storey to allow for bigger rooms. But because they wanted this property to appeal to the largest market possible and specifically those keen to downsize into their dream retirement space, they wanted to ensure that accessibility for all was on the forefront. The bright idea: To ensure all sectors of their target market were accounted for, they commissioned this sleek sovereign lift and the result was a complete success. This stylish property sold on its very first weekend!
