25.01.2022 Another fish pond repair, this time in High Wycombe. The pond, unfortunately was doomed from the start, constructed incorrectly. Took much in the way of surface prep to start from scratch, but the end result was all worth it.

25.01.2022 Theres just something awesome about cleaning off the disgusting staining caused by bore water. Amazing difference. This brick letterbox was located in Applecross.

24.01.2022 And this is what happens when a balcony is tiled without screeding 1st. No falls to the floor wastes. Bloody stupid!! Now Ill have to rip it all up, correctly waterproof the entire area, then organise a reputable Tiler to re-apply. Causes nothing but agro for the home owner.

23.01.2022 Back to basics. Providing a permanent waterproofing solution to a once troublesome shower recess.

21.01.2022 Our next project. Am really excited to sink my teeth into providing a permanent solution to an existing annoying leak in the courtyard.this a goverment building in East Perth. logistics huge. Just hope our quote is successful. Fingers crossed. The pavers & sand base be removed, & the substrate exposed.

20.01.2022 F block roof at Fremantle hospital, using a water based epoxy primer, 225gm fibreglass reinforcement to all perimeters, followed by 2 coats of Duroflex AC. Came up beautifully.

19.01.2022 Here we go again! Another fish pond disaster, applied by someone who obviously forgot to 'prime' before applying an extremely rigid membrane, clearly unsuitable for this scope. Never seen the product before to be honest. Oh well, time to strip it all out, & install a brand new fully submersible liquid applied system.

19.01.2022 Full strip out & re-waterproofing of a balcony/terrace in North Beach. Nightmare of a job getting the tiles up, bit found the leak entry point. Used a 2 part rapid dry semi cementicious fibre reinforces membrane system.

19.01.2022 WB2K epoxy primer completed. Looks awesome. Top coats start in morning.

17.01.2022 More of our fish pond renno in Applecross. Due to the nature of the substrate being natural limestone, a more specific priming/modifying agent was applied to the render in order to fill all the pits & holes, essentially providing a stable in which to the top waterproofing coats.

16.01.2022 Torch applied sheet membrane to liftpits out in Ellenbrook. Ardex 180

16.01.2022 'F' block roof at Fremantle hospital, using a water based epoxy primer, 225gm fibreglass reinforcement to all perimeters, followed by 2 coats of Duroflex AC. Came up beautifully.

15.01.2022 Aaaaaaaand job done! Came up trumps, using a Durotech 3 coat polyurethane .

15.01.2022 Wall/floor junction reinforced with 225gm chopped strand fibreglass, inbedded with 2 x coats of Duromastic AC.

15.01.2022 8 years the owners have suffered leaks from this balcony, one of the buggers using the downlight in the below living room as an exit point!! We advised the owners to get back to basics, strip the tiles, & re-do the entire area. Doesnt really help when the falls on the balcony are directed back into the house!!

15.01.2022 Did to pressure clean the exterior face of pond aswell. Scrrubbed up quite well.

14.01.2022 Attended site again today to grind off the existing waterproofing membrane. Smashed it in 3hrs & will pressure clean tomorrow. Now we know the issue, well head over to Crommelins Chemicals to purchase the products to start.

14.01.2022 A suspended 85m2 suspended slab the owner in Bassendean has decided to tile. Wade Extensions has been completing the renovation here on & off for 4yrs now, & being an ages old client, we were tasked with finding a rapid dry, flexible solution to waterproof the slab, prior to tiling. And so we did. Thanks to the grinding team at Oze Exposed for a ripper job preparing the concrete.

12.01.2022 Working in renovating an old fish pond Applecross. The owner was beside himself, as the pond consistently lost water. After a thorough investigation, we found the issue. The walls to pond has been constructed using natural limestone. BIG MISTAKE. Lucky we have a solution.

12.01.2022 Probably the 2nd worst case of concrete cancer I've ever seen. The entire floor area appear affected.

11.01.2022 A clear illustration of the damage water ingression can cause to the underside of a suspended concrete slab. Even the lightbulb wasnt safe!

11.01.2022 Almost finished the rooftop repairs in Victoria Park. This has been challenging, as we have had to locate specific grinding wheel cope with the products previously applied. MISSION!. The fissures on the slab were unusual to say the least.

10.01.2022 Probably the 2nd worst case of concrete cancer Ive ever seen. The entire floor area appear affected.

10.01.2022 Leaking floor wastes on the roof of an office building in Victoria park. They'd been leaking for several years, with numerous attempts to rectify. The previously overlooked key to success? was simply to grind the existing membrane off & get back to concrete. We primed with Epoxy, & applied a 5 coat completely flexible, U.V stable coating system. Worked a treat. 22 floor wastes in total.

10.01.2022 'F' block roof, Fremantle hospital prior to treatment. Gave the entire area a lovely grind to remove all contaminants, & a hose down to remove the dust.

07.01.2022 Waterproofing to retaining walls in Applecross, housing a below ground habitable living space & theatre.

06.01.2022 The severe effects of concrete cancer to a parapet wall on a roof up in the Pilbara. This is where penetrating masonry sealers are of critical importance, where located by the ocean.

05.01.2022 Roof top repair in the heart of the CBD, which appears to have been leaking for a significant amount of time. Took a tonne of prep to expose the nasty cracks in the concrete substrate, & then a 5 coat system to seal it. This weekends weather will be an interesting test.

04.01.2022 Before & after.

03.01.2022 F block roof, Fremantle hospital prior to treatment. Gave the entire area a lovely grind to remove all contaminants, & a hose down to remove the dust.

02.01.2022 Another challenge. Chasing out fissures to crack inject, then to grind the entire area, followed by the application of a U.V stable, trafficable waterproofing system.
