25.01.2022 Following last weeks announcement, Nathan at the Gazette has run an article detailing our partnership with CMYSF. Thanks to those who have donated so far! In cricket news, we are hoping to have some more clarity regarding the season in the coming week - as far as we are aware, cricket will be able to be played at Step 3 (the next Step after Sunday), which could potentially mean we start on time. In the mean time stay safe and look out for each other - particularly club members and friends in Metro Areas.

24.01.2022 WPCC Junior Registrations are now open. To register go to the following link; https://playreg.cricket.com.au/pages/reg/welcome.aspx All going well we have just over 4 weeks till first game.

24.01.2022 The Club are pleased to announce our junior coaches for the upcoming season - veteran coach, Jack Barnes (Under 14s) & a new comer - Joel Batson (Under 16s). Jack slides down to the 14s to take on the new wave of Western Park youth, with Joel coming in to provide a new voice to a group of young men who by and large have all come through the ranks together under Barnseys tutelage. These two will be supported by Kurtis Harper & Clint Ward respectively - both who were involved l...ast year with the Under 14s, with Clint having coached the side. We thank Clint for his commitment over the past few years, and look forward to seeing him be able to watch all his sons this season while still having a role to play. Having had almost the entire Under 14 & 16 playing groups experience senior cricket at varying stages last season, we look forward to monitoring and supporting our young lads in their cricket development and look forward to their continued success as young cricketers and young men in general.

23.01.2022 It's BACK! Get online and register now. Program runs on Sunday mornings. First session 10am, 6th Dec.

11.01.2022 The WPCC are excited to announce that we will be partnering with the Corey Maric Youth Support Foundation for the upcoming season. In a time where the mental health of our society has collectively taken a historic hit in recent months, we are pleased that this player driven initiative will be raising valuable funds for the organisation, and would like to encourage members of our community to help the cause where possible - via a 'backing' one of our participating players (see... video for details), or a donation if you prefer, using the direct link attached to this post. To get involved, please contact one of the participating players directly - or this page. Any players wishing to get on board are all encouraged to do so. Above all, we hope that this partnership can open up some conversations or support networks for our club members to utilise. With (hopefully) an end to Stage 3/4 restrictions in sight - we will be announcing an exciting club event in the next week which will no doubt provide some much needed fun and entertainment.

08.01.2022 4 weeks of the season have come and gone - with over half of this being lost to rain. We must extend a thank you to all players, friends, families and local businesses (in particular SJD law with their extremely generous contribution) for their support thus-far. If you want to support a player in their donation drive please message the page, it's not too late to jump onboard!

05.01.2022 We are very proud to be sponsoring a fantastic local show which is bringing plenty of joy in these solemn times - this weeks guest with Phil was none other than our very own Paul McCluskey. Drop a comment below and let us know you think he went - we believe he’s very George Clooney esque. maybe he just needs to lose the rinse in the hair and embrace the grey? Great work Philip Fennell!
