11.01.2022 Welcome Andrew Furner to Westerns! Andrew is a Strength and Conditioning coach who has a background in Excercise Sports Science, he will be working out of the Western Gym. He has an amazing resume and has worked with some awesome athletes as the past owner of Fast Twitch. ... Andrew is already working with quite a few of our Western Athletes, he has built a relationship with Adelaide High School and will be working with their High Performance Students. NO ENTRY FEE** The Glenhuntly (VIC) vs Western Athletics (SA) race is a long standing tradition, running annually since 1946. This year, the race will take place virtually to adapt to COVID-19 restrictions. In true spirit of the event, we have opted to reduce the race distance to 3km to encourage wide participation from both clubs and anyone in the wider community non-club ...affiliated. You have one week (two weekends) in June to complete the event. You may complete the run at a location of your choice, a flat course is recommended and preferred.
