VENUE CAPACITY 1000 people maximum allowed at any one time within the oval precinct. If numbers through the gate reach this limit, then gate staff will unfortunately be forced to turn people away. In light of this, and in the spirit of the game, we ask that where possible players, officials, parents and supporters only stay for their respective game commitments. We ask that you please wash and sanitise your hands regularly and you maintain social distancing guidelines with anyone you do not normally reside with, or regularly interact with 1.5m Please DO NOT attend if you are unwell with flu like symptoms FOOD and DRINK CONSUMPTION You MUST be seated at all times and in all areas when consuming alcohol. Please feel free to bring your own chair to ensure you have a place to sit comfortably if you are wishing to consume alcohol If consuming food and non-alcoholic beverages outside, you can remain standing. If consuming food and/or beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) within the club rooms you MUST be seated at all times. TEAM HUDDLES Only players and team officials are permitted to attend player huddles during breaks NO PARENTS OR SPECTATORS/SUPPORTERS ARE PERMITTED CHANGE ROOMS Only players and team officials are permitted in the change rooms with teams NO PARENTS OR SPECTATORS/SUPPORTERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CHANGE ROOMS AT ALL TIMES NO SPECTATORS/SUPPORTERS ARE PERMITTED ON THE OVAL this includes during breaks in play as well as at the completion of games. NO running on the oval immediately after the final siren! Presentation of the winning teams will be made on the oval immediately following the completion of the matches. Only players, team officials and authorised personnel are allowed on the oval during presentations NO PARENTS OR SPECTATORS/SUPPORTERS ARE PERMITTED Official photographers will be in place on the day to capture presentation of winning teams and pictures will be available to view on their Facebook pages Please play your part this Saturday by adhering to these protocols and guidelines, and abide by any direction of club management and COVIDSafe Marshals. Remember we are all in this together and it is up to us to do the right thing and keep each other safe!
