11.01.2022 Our first Coaches Corner for 2021 is being held on Monday 1st February at the WDNA Clubhouse. This workshop commences 6.30pm and will be focusing on Selections. Most junior sport involves selection, whether that’s pre-season grading, coaches selecting weekly teams or try outs for special teams/events. It can be common for selections to cause issues and conflict in clubs. It’s important to manage junior selections well, ensuring children’s enjoyment is top priority and team/c...lub culture remains positive. Most coaches of junior sport will need to do selections. While this varies greatly in community level sport, there are some common simple strategies all coaches can put in place to ensure selections go smoothly. We will explore these strategies during this workshop. If you would like to attend, please register via this link. Attendance is free of charge. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/H53JQ75
