22.01.2022 Thanks for your support and patience over the past few months. As community restrictions start to ease we will continue to provide a safe environment for you and our staff to work within. We are maintaining social distancing requirements and controlling the number of people in our waiting room. We are also continuing to ask that only 1 person brings your pet to their appointment. We wish everybody a safe and steady transition back towards a more normal way of life and we'll keep you updated.

22.01.2022 The clinic will be closed this coming Monday for the Labour Day holiday. Trading hours for the long weekend: Saturday: 8.00am-5.00pm Sunday: 9.00am-5.00pm... Monday: CLOSED (Labour Day) Tuesday: 8.00am-6.00pm As always, our after hours service will be available for existing clients who require emergency assistance. 21.01.2022 We humans aren’t the only ones with a toilet paper shortage. We are in need of newspaper to line our cages. If you have any to donate, please drop them into the clinic.

21.01.2022 Oh Peggy, you are so adorable! Peggy popped into the clinic today for a bandage change after recently returning from Brisbane for a time sensitive orthopaedic surgery. She was incredibly well behaved and loved having the nurses decorate her bandage. We cannot wait to see you again Peggy.

19.01.2022 Today is Vet Nurse Day, so please join us in thanking our fabulous nurses for the love and care they give our patients every day of the year. We would be lost without them.

15.01.2022 On Sunday 30th August we will be closed for the day while Ergon undertake maintenance in our area. If you need assistance at any time on this day please call our usual clinic number (4773 4111) and you will be directed to JCU Vet Clinic for emergency care. We will open again as usual on Monday morning and will resume our normal Sunday hours from next week.

11.01.2022 Don't let your friends self-serve this Easter! We know you know not to give your dog chocolate, but don't forget how very clever they are at working out how to help themselves. Keep your chocolate stash safe and secure and out of reach. And if you're outsmarted please call us immediately for advice. Have a safe and happy Easter!

10.01.2022 With all that's going on in the world we almost forgot that Easter is nearly here. We will be closed on Good Friday but open again on Saturday from 8am to 5pm and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. Please help us to manage social distancing by calling first for an appointment or for any medication refills. We will be closed on Easter Monday then back to our normal hours after the Easter weekend. If you are a client and need help while we are closed please call the clinic number and you will be directed to our emergency service.
