It might take an hour or two to do a quick clean and tidy, but you will feel better for it when you look up from your laptop and see a neat and pleasant space that you dont mind, or even enjoy, being in

14.01.2022 Dear residents, If at any point you start to feel unwell, please advise the Village Team via phone and contact a medical professional. Its really important you let our team know so we can help you, and assist with any measures to help keep you safe and protect your fellow residents. No-one will be in trouble if they are unwell, it just lets us know to check in on you more often and help you get essential supplies or relocate you if you need to isolate

However, it's more important than ever to continue inspiring positive change amongst our peers. There are fantastic green initiatives already underway at our Villages, with many residents doing their part in helping us build a sustainable future. But we can always do more! We'd love to hear ideas from you - our residents - for environmentally friendly initiatives (no matter how big or small) that you'd like to see rolled out across our Villages

07.01.2022 Try to stick with a fairly normal routine and maintain your basic self-care even if you dont plan on leaving your room! A normal routine includes waking up at a reasonable hour of the morning and going to bed at a semi-regular time, eating meals at your normal time (not breakfast at 2pm, if you can help it!), taking breaks and stretching your legs like you would normally do on a regular day! Maintaining basic self-care means keeping up good hygiene habits beyond just washing your hands things such as washing your face, brushing your teeth, getting dressed into clean comfortable clothes for the day and also drinking enough water
