25.01.2022 Steel beam replacement in Mullaloo. This home is located very close to the coast which caused the exposed steel beams to rust and deteriorate. 21.01.2022 One of our latest in Winthrop. Due to a leaky roof the old ply had really bad staining and was beginning to sag. Unfortunately because only half of the panels were damaged we were only asked to change half by the insurance company. No matter how hard we tried matching the exact colour of the ply it was impossible. After many solutions and ideas discussed the owners decided to paint the alfresco and modernise it. As you can see the client was extremely happy with the end result and the service we strive to provide.

21.01.2022 One of our recent wall removals on this second story home. By installing two steel beams in the second story floor we were able to remove these walls to open up this home. We completed all structural and demolition works along with a site clean leaving ready for the clients to patch the ceilings as requested.
