17.01.2022 One of the exiting Home renovation Westfern painting are proud to be part of the construction team.. Location..Enfield street Lathlain. One of the old colonial style homes around Perth. The large 4 bedroom with the wide passageway down the centre and kitchen/ laundry/ toilet at the rear... This now has the very modern kitchen at the rear. Only one bedroom remains. All other walls have been knocked down or opened to make this a very modern open plan living. With toilet/shower/ laundry now built on the outside in adjoining room. New staircase to be going in soon. Other bedrooms have been in use on top floor extension that was done previously. Floors are to be sanded and varnished this week... Will post finishing photos soon.
