23.01.2022 When it comes to improving your health, it helps to have a goal. You might want to ‘get fitter’ but that’s too vague to focus on. Instead, saying to yourself, ‘...I want to get fitter, so I’ll go for a 15-minute jog on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays’ is far more effective. When you’re choosing your goal, it also helps to be realistic. If you hate jogging, don’t force it. Choose something you enjoy doing and it will be far easier to stick to. And don’t forget to be kind to yourself on your journey to better health. No one is perfect. If you slip up, just keep going! #TheLifeProgram #healthylifestyle #beactive #gethealthy #wellbeing #goals #goalsetting
