25.01.2022 It hasn't been an easy year. Being in Victoria, we have been in lockdown for roughly 9 months because of this awful virus. Our business was affected in our capacity to fully operate & provide celebrations & smiles to families.... It was heartbreaking to have to cancel bookings of kids so eager to celebrate their birthday with us. But for the first time in 2020, we can actually look forward to more solid plans laid out for 2021 & make up for how covid effected this year for all of us. As we look at on the year that was 2020, Westgate Playcentre achieved many positive things. Behind the scenes we were working hard on how to provide, you, our customers with a bigger & better experience for 2021! We, the staff at Westgate Playcentre, just want to say BIG THANK YOU to all who supported us during this time! Here are some highlights of 2020! P.s. 23.01.2022 To our Playcentre Parents, With further developments over the past 24 hours from our government, we will be CLOSING today from 12PM until further notice in response to reducing the spread of the Coronavirus. We encourage all of our community to comply with government restrictions and stay safe during this time.... We will be contacting all bookings for the next few months. At this time we are in uncharted waters and we do not know when we will be re-opening however we believe we will come back from this and get through this challenging time. 12.01.2022 Yes that's right WESTGATE PLAYCENTRE will be re-opening on the 22 of JUNE. We have exciting new changes we cant wait to show you- new rooms and mats! 07.01.2022 Dear Westgate Family, With further developments over the past 24 hours from our government, we wanted to provide you with an update regarding our response to the Coronavirus. Based on the new bans on gatherings over 100 people in indoor venues, we have sought advice directly from the Victorian Government. Whilst we are not included in these new restrictions, we are taking our part to help curb the spread. Therefore, we are making specific adjustments to the way we run our bir...thday parties. Some of these adjustments weve implemented here include; Limiting how many parties we hold at any one time Leaving an hour gap between bookings to allow us to clean and sanitise between bookings Staff will carry hand sanitiser to help with hygiene standards Limiting our trading hours We would like to reassure our customers that we will still be operating in accordance with Government guidelines.
