11.01.2022 - Bra’s & things - Great article regarding Bra’s and whether or not to persist with them from the Osteopathy Association. In practice I see that bras that are not well fitted and supportive can provide back issues for women with larger breasts. I also find with many female clients that experience knee pain, where the underwire sits on the chest may interfere with neurolymphatic points related to the adductors. So if you get knee pain and wear a bra, maybe try massaging along the ribs where the underwire sits when you take your bra off at the end of the day.

01.01.2022 - Tune up for Christmas - We’re getting busy at @west_geelong_chiropractic with everyone starting to think about getting an adjustment to feel their best during the silly season. Just a reminder to book ahead to avoid disappointment, we will do our best to see you when it suits, but the book is getting full!! We are working Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri A.M in the lead up to Christmas. Our last day for adjustments will be Tues Dec 22. Have a great December!
