22.01.2022 Hi to all our loyal customers, due the COVID-19 outbreak we are experiencing unprecedented demand - I want to personally reassure you that the team at West Leederville Soul Patterson Chemist are here for you at this difficult time and we feel we have a vital role in helping our community. For the time being, we are business as usual and continuing to follow the State and Federal Government guidelines for safe practice. Rest assured that we are also making contingency plans in... regard to remote service and delivery in the event that this is required - it is personally important to us that we can keep supporting and serving our local community while ensuring the health of our staff as well. We also want to make sure we have an effective and efficient way to communicate with our customers as well. We will be using this Facebook page to provide updates to our customers so please like and follow our page and likewise, share with other residents as well. This is not about promoting our services (we’re flat out!) but more about making sure we can continue to be connected to you and meeting your pharmaceutical needs in a changing environment. We are glad we have such a strong community in West Leederville. I have seen great morals from people when they queue and shop in Coles (not fighting for toilet papers) and our pharmacy. It is our pleasure to serve a community like this. Finally, if you have elderly neighbours who might not be on social media, please do the neighbourly thing (from a safe distance) and advise them of our updates - you can do this by taking a screenshot and leaving it in their letterbox.
