24.01.2022 FRECKLE CHECKLE 2019! FREE skin checks for kids this Saturday 20th July in Inglewood, Balcatta, Marangaroo, Leeming and Aubin Grove, with waived consultation fe...es being donated to Melanoma WA and Edith Cowan University (ECU) Melanoma Research Group! Be sure to head down to any of the five clinics across Perth to be apart of the biggest event of the year. During Freckle Checkle Day, they will be hosting FREE skin cancer checks for kids. Perth, lets teach our children the importance of safe sun practices and let them know that moles are common but changes may not be. Parents must bring Medicare cards for their children. Clinics in Inglewood, Balcatta, Marangaroo, Leeming and Aubin Grove. 8am - 12pm. 23.01.2022 The school musical The Grunch' is happening this Wednesday night. 6:30pm in the undercover area. Come enjoy a highly entertaining performance and support the efforts of the West Leeming students and staff. Tickets are super cheap and available from the front office at the school. Donuts and popcorn will be available to purchase on the night.

23.01.2022 Thanks so much to the small dedicated group that came out today and did a fabulous job of getting the playground ready for the kids. The m block area is clean and safe and such an improvement from the flower beds. There are still some trees and a fort to go in but due to Richard, Sarah, Michael, Ben, Pam, Doug, Amanda, Jacqui, Alan, Liz, Janelle and Michael the playground is now functioning. Make sure you track these people down and say thank you. THANK YOU!!!!

18.01.2022 For those who enjoy Crafty pursuits, West Leeming Craft Group is about to get underway again in 2017 with our first meeting, Weds 22nd Feb, 9:30am - 11:30am. Open to all parents/grandparents/friends of West Leeming, were a casual bunch of people who get together fortnightly to share skills and fun over a cup of tea or coffee. Children are welcome (child-friendly house with toys available). Where: 1 Shemels Court, Leeming. Bring: First meeting is a BYO craft (card making/knit...ting/crochet/whatever you enjoy). 14.01.2022 I want to let our teachers know how much we appreciate the hard work they do and encourage them as the year comes to an end. I am going to take scones with jam and cream and maybe some sausage rolls in for morning tea for the staff tomorrow. If anyone has time/energy to contribute that would be great.

14.01.2022 Anyone want some paid work finishing off the Year 3 playground and building some bays for the loose parts play. Fairly basic building etc. Needs to be done before August. Must have an abn and insurance.

13.01.2022 There is a meeting at the Farrington road cafe on Saturday the 14th of May at 9am with council representatives about the proposed playground behind the shopping centre on Farrington road. Please come and find out more information and have your say. It is important that we show their is a need and desire for a good play space in Leeming so community contribution is really important.
