23.01.2022 Book fair Beach party starts this Friday! Students are invited to wear beach themed mufti and enjoy a day of fun filled literacy activities. Book fair opens on Friday afternoon in the Multipurpose Area (next to the stairs) at 3.10pm. Every purchase helps the school to get new books for our library!

16.01.2022 This year, our November book fair is going to look a little different due to Covid-19 restrictions. Our book fair opens Friday for our students. Classes will have a scheduled time in the fair to write a 'wish list'. (Little ones will be assisted by teachers.) Wish lists will then be sent home for parents to see and, if you wish to make a purchase, you can pay for one (or all!) of these online (see attached 'Book Fair Wish List Payments'). Books will then be packaged up and sent home with students to be enjoyed! The competition was open to students across all of NSW and the winners are selected by a panel of judges from the NSW Education Authority. Aryas story will be included in the 2020 Write On Anthology.

02.01.2022 Spring has definitely sprung. Our veggie patch is looking amazing, with many of the plants nearly ready to harvest, and the beautiful jacarandah trees are providing a stunning frame for the new grass over the playground.

02.01.2022 This afternoon/evening Westmead Christian Grammar School will be hosting an activity/information stall at the Diwali Festival on Station Street, Wentworthville. We will be located near the Pizza Hut on Station Street. The festival is open from 5pm through to 9pm. Foursquare Church Westmead worship team will also be performing on the main stage of the festival at 5:10pm. We would love to see you there.

01.01.2022 Immanuel Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call Him Immanuel. This prophecy is referred to in Matthew 1:22-23: All this took place to fulfil what the Lord had said through the prophet: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel which means, God with us. Our Immanuel, God came and dwelt among humankind (John 1:1, 14). In t...his He made available the incarnational reality. He is always with us. Immanuel was a name of the attribute of Jesus deity. He was God and He was God with humankind in the flesh. Jesus was completely human and completely God. Immanuel was used by Isaiah as a sign for Gods people that God would not abandon them. That they would see victory over their enemies. Despite the devastation of what their eyes could see, God will be with them. Isaiahs son was a first shadow of Jesus coming, the imperfect version of Immanuel, pointing to Gods victory over the military enemies through His presence. The announcement to Joseph of Jesus arrival fulfilled this prophecy. Jesus would come, and He would save the people from their sins. Gods people were facing a military enemy, now this reference is to sin. Sometimes we can be overwhelmed with what we face but Jesus our Immanuel, our God is with us! He will save us from our sins! For those who trust in Him, He has taken away the punishment of our sins deserved. He is God with us who has come to deliver His people! See more
