25.01.2022 Jessie St detour | Access to Jessie Street at Westmead will be closed where it meets Hawkesbury Road until this Saturday 19 September. The roadworks will allow construction to continue on the Parramatta Light Rail project. Hainsworth Street, Park Avenue and Caroline Street all remain open.... The $2.4 billion Parramatta Light Rail will connect Westmead to Carlingford via the Parramatta CBD and Camellia, and is expected to open in 2023.
