Please vote for us https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/smallbizawards To be nominated again this year is especially heartwarming. We have been stretched to our limits and sometimes beyond trying to deliver our usual lodgements, advice and guidance while assisting clients to access the Coronavirus stimulus measures and apply for grants and loans. Your encouragement and support is cherished!

09.01.2022 From Monday 1 June 2020 we will be reopening the office on a limited basis to allow for drop off and collection of documents. Our staffed hours will be 9am to midday Monday to Friday, and we can also arrange for transfer of documents outside these hours. Whenever possible, however, we will encourage clients to continue with remote appointments and transfer of documents. Meetings can continue to be offered via telephone or videoconferencing and files can be transferred via ema...il or using our secure web file server. If you don't have a scanner, photos of your documents emailed to us directly from your phone work well (as long as they are clear enough that we can see the detail). We recognise that remote delivery of our services may not be suitable for some work and for some clients, and will offer a limited number of in person appointments. COVID-19 safety guidelines will be followed, including conducting appointments at least 1.5m apart, limiting attendance to 1 visitor per appointment and accepting only contactless payments. Thanks for your patience over the last few months, and the months to come, while we figure out how best to respond to the pandemic. We hope you are well and will remain so.
