Currently in store we have baby snapper, sweetlip snapper, javelin, rankin cod, dhufish, shark, red emperor, saddletail and king george whiting, as well as barramundi and salmon, you won't find fresher in Perth!!!

Red Throat Emperor are a beautifully marked species with bright crimson colouring painting the inside of their mouths. 07.01.2022 This weekend at Growers Lane we've got beautiful Rottnest bugs for $19.99kg. Once known as the "poor man's lobster", bugs have become a delicacy in their own right, with sweet firm flesh that is similar in texture to the WA crayfish. They're fantastic in hot dishes or on the BBQ, but we recommend eating them cold with some spicy seafood sauce!

01.01.2022 This week at Growers Lane we have the iconic WA dhufish on special for $69.99kg!!! Not to be confused with the eastern state's jewfish, the WA "dhuie" is endemic to coastal waters between Esperance and Shark Bay, preferring broken ground in depths of 15-50 metres. Of all WA's demersal species, the dhufish is the most sought after, with sweet, flaky flesh that is great in the pan or on the BBQ. Hurry while stocks last!
