16.01.2022 Westowe Rural Fire Brigade is having it's AGM on Thursday 17th of September. Starting at 6 30pm, followed by our normal monthly meeting. Visitors, guests and new members welcome.

15.01.2022 Westowe Rural Fire Brigade will be conducting a hazard reduction burn near Yarwun this afternoon. Smoke may be present in the area.

01.01.2022 Today is Yellow Ribbon Day, a day to say thank you to over 1,700 Rural Fire Service volunteers across the Gladstone Electorate. Last year across Queensland we ...saw how devastating the bushfire season can be, and it is thanks to our Rural Fire Service volunteers for giving up their time to keep us safe. THANK YOU! Since 2015 we have delivered more than 330 new appliances to Rural Fire Brigades. That’s an average of around 60 new trucks every single year.
