24.01.2022 Typical problem with windows at the bottom all corroded from sprinklers and rain (plus dirt). Before they get too bad, a rub down, primer and paint to bring them up as new. Worth doing before having to start replacing windows.
21.01.2022 Alsynite sheets deteriorating is a common problem. It is made from fibreglass and after a few years it breaks down, looks terrible, and fibres of fibreglass start floating around with the wind. This patio was also corroded. A simple fix is a rub down, paint and replace some of the badly corroded sections and replace the Alsynite sheeting. Much cheaper than buying a new patio.
