09.01.2022 A great shot from our #Lismore aircraft of our Team returning to Base after a medical transfer to #GoldCoast University Hospital. That’s Mount Warning in the distance.

08.01.2022 Some more milestones achieved amongst our team recently Jethro Lampe (pictured top left and joined by Chief Air Crew Officer Todd Mulville) started with the #L...ismore Base in 2010 after he was given a heads up by his in-laws about a Rescue Crew Officer position advertised in the local paper. He applied and was successful in gaining a casual Rescue Crew Officer role. He stayed in this role for 12 months before being promoted to Senior Rescue Crew Officer. His main role was to manage the other Rescue Crew Officer’s and to help with their development. After two years, he successfully trained and secured an Air Crew Officer position which he continues in today. ‘I really love being a part of a high performance team, working in challenging environments to help the local community here on the North Coast and my short term goals are to continually push myself to perform at the highest level,’ Jethro said. Meanwhile away from the coast, Sean Maher is a #Tamworth local born and bred - born in the very same hospital he helps serve to this day. Sean started with the service in 2010 as an Air Crew Officer. Sean loves the team environment and seeing and being a part of good patient outcomes. Dealing with any incidents that involve small children is the hardest thing for Sean, as he has two young children of his own and can relate to young patients and the trauma faced by their families. Sean has ambitions to become a Training and Checking Air Crew Officer for the Service in the future and has already started training our flight and medical crews in Human Factors. Congratulations to both Jethro and Sean on your 10 years’ service!
