16.01.2022 The wonderful team at Balance Early Education will be offering free face painting on our grand opening. They are ensuring strict social distancing/COVID safe procedures will be in place for everyones safety. The following steps will be taken by our team. - Ensuring physical distancing of any adults we will only have 2 adults present at either end of the table and we will be asking adults to try their best to physical distance. - We will have sanitiser available and educato...rs will use it between each child. - A face wipe will be used over the childs face prior to starting. - Educators will avoid, eyes, nose, and mouth regions generally, however, if they are applying a lip colour, for instance, it will be done with a single-use cotton tip, never dipped twice and disposed of. - We will be mostly using disposable cotton pads and cotton tips (obviously a limited number of designs ) each will only go into the paint once on each side before being disposed of. - Where brushes are used, they will be cleaned in a solution of Milton and water this jar will have a lid to further protection from access by children. - Every child will have their temperature checked prior and face painting will not be undertaken where there is a temperature at or above 37.9 degrees. - Tissues will be available to noses where needed and educators will make a decision if the child appears unwell educators will also have gloves available if they need to use them. - Signs will advise that children who are visibly unwell will not be able to participate.
