25.01.2022 Members, with the recent joining of lots of new riders and spectators to our club, its important just to remind everyone of the key aspects of our amazing club, so that we are all on the same page: - Westside is a SMOKE FREE and ALCOHOL FREE venue. This includes e-cigarettes and vapes - Parents, there are kids around ... please WATCH YOUR SWEARING at all times while at the facility!!! (Even if you swear around your own kids, please dont do it at Westside ... leave your swearing at the front gate!) - We actively encourage great sportsmanship - riders please fist pump, elbow pump, or just encourage each other on at the end of each race ... were here to have fun and help each other. :)

14.01.2022 Okay folks, lets get all the volunteer positions filled prior to Friday night racing. Please comment below and the roster will get updated. We really need everyone to help out as the club survives by volunteers. If you have never done a position before one of the committee is happy to run through it with you or maybe buddy up with someone the first time you do it.

14.01.2022 Members, we REALLY need you! Over the last few months, there has been fewer and fewer parents jumping in to give us a hand to run Friday nights. A MASSIVE THANK YOU to those who do jump in regularly and help us ... you know who you are and we love you for it! Westside runs PURELY on Volunteers, and your committee puts in a huge amount of time outside of club hours to keep this amazing club going!... Please ... when we call for Volunteers, dont sit back and wait for others to do all the work. Your kids notice when you contribute to their club, and it is an expectation that ALL Westside members / parents contribute to running the show on Tuesday and Friday nights not just committee and the usual helpers. All volunteer roles are very easy to do, and we will happily show you how to do them if you are not sure what to do. As we get closer to our November Super Series we will need all Westside parents lending a hand to make it an amazing event. Please consider this when we ask for volunteers to support us.
