06.01.2022 Hi guys, please find new timetable attached. Few things to note. There are a few Oval sessions on an afternoon still, up until daylight saving ends on the 31st March. These are arvo's only, so please be careful when you read the timetable. We have just a smidge less Strength in this six week block (only a smidge). This is on purpose as we want to maximise our last weeks of warmer weather and sunlight to be out running. We tend to be in the Studio almost all Winter so there's plenty of time to work on those Quadzillas! 05.01.2022 Hello Westside Warrior's! The new timetable is up, and we are back at the oval for some of the sessions! Our oval sessions are one of our niche areas and where we started. They are fantastic for building fitness, mental toughness and losing weight. Try your best not to miss these ones, even if you are not a great runner, we'll modify it for you. You may also notice on the timetable their are a lot of HIIT sessions written in, and less strength. Do not stress however, because... there will be a strength element to some of these HIIT sessions, ensuring we are moving forward. We are going to ramp things up leading into the break. We are going to train hard, for the last 2 months of this year and you are all up to it! Let's set a few goals to hit before Christmas, and share them with me either on here or in private. My goal is to get back into the correct weightlifting category for myself (drop 5kg) Lets rip in team!
