Sit up straight in a chair and look directly ahead of you Tuck your chin in without tilting your head down Return your head to the original position 2. Neck Sideways Stretch Lift one arm and bring it up and across your head Sit straight and place the palm of your hand on your head Use your hand to pull your head gently down towards your shoulder until a stretch is felt on the opposite side maintain position for 30 seconds 3. Shoulder blade squeezes Clasp your hands in front of you Squeeze your shoulder blades back and down towards your spine Hold for 10-20 seconds 4. 09.01.2022 New advice has come from SA Government regarding COVID-safe requirements at Allied Health practices. From Tuesday 1st December 2020 we ask the following to ensure we keep in line with these requirements: MASK WEARING All people, including patients, patient’s family members / carers, healthcare staff, administrative staff, contractors and cleaning staff, are required to wear a mask when on healthcare sites.... **Please note: Exemption to mask wearing includes certain breathing difficulties, mental health conditions, communication with those hard of hearing and those under the age of 12. If you do not have access to a mask, we are able to supply a single use mask on arrival. CONTACT TRACING We require all visitors complete the COVID-Safe Check In on arrival to clinic. Our QR code is available on the front door and at the front desk for easy check in. If you do not have a smartphone, we are able to record your attendance manually.
