He also has a few jars of his small-batch: mayonnaise fermented garlic aioli chipotle mayonnaise... sriracha mayonnaise He can only make 10 jars at a time, so it really is small-batch! One day I'll buy him an enormous bench mixer, but until that day comes, he is limited to a modest 10 jars per batch! See more
