02.01.2022 Here’s a great way to loosen up around the hips and relieve pain caused by tight muscles. Get the ball in to the fleshy side of your hips and you’ll feel young again. It’ll hurt a bit at first but simply put, the worse it hurts, the more you need to release it. It seriously will feel awesome after a few consecutive essays of getting on to it.
