25.01.2022 Last chance to donate, I intend going dollar for dollar up to $1500, we are not quite $1500 so register and put your donation in. My favourite thing in all this is the wonderful distraction and challenge it has brought to many while are so limited with what we can do. So much amazing support, now lets support those that support our community. Regards, Phil

01.01.2022 We find ourselves in the small down of Yaamba this evening. It's about 36.6 km north of Rockhampton, on the main highway to Mackay. It now consists of a pub and a Rest Area and service Station, but in days past it was the place where northbound travellers crossed the Fitzroy River before moving west or north as desired.

01.01.2022 Well heres the proof and run details. I am very humbled that a bunch of my rotary friends at suitable safe distances turned up at my run to cheer me on and the two of my running club buddies slotted in a distance behind me to make sure I was ok. Really happy to have conquered this and ready for my next challenge. Thank you to so many people. Regards Phil
