Every year the bike show raises money for charity organisations, but this year organisers wanted to assist a local cause. 24.01.2022 What a catch! Last Thursday, local youngsters Ben Walker and Ashton Stepanoff managed to snag themselves a 103cm bluefin tuna off the Etty Bay beach shoreline. Tully Orchid Club will be holding their last meeting for the year at the Tully Masonic Lodge building in Murray Street, tomorrow at 12:30pm Social distancing will apply and hand sanitiser will be on the entry table. Members and Visitors are invited to attend, the meetings are always most enjoyable. Entry is $3.00, including a lucky door prize; tickets will be on sale for the continuous raffle. 06.01.2022 Kartar Singh Srabah Youth Sports & Welfare Club Innisfail (KSS) hosted their third annual Tropicana Super Sports Event at Goondi Sports Reserve before Christmas which included a full day of cricket, soccer and Seep After finishing as runners up at Tully Super Sixers cricket tournament, Desi Boys Innisfail were crowned Super Sixers cricket champions and were presented with the KSS Cup at the Super Sports Day when they defeated Kings IV Mulgrave in a thrilling final!
