21.01.2022 Nisha Thacker Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist Nisha is now back from maternity leave and is keen to see patients. Nisha completed her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University, Gold Coast, Australia in addition to being trained as a Dietitian in Mumbai, India.... She has worked at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Allergy Unit, Sydney, where she developed an interest & built her skills in the area of Food Allergy & Intolerances in paediatric and adult population. She has also worked in Toronto, Canada, to get a global perspective in dietetics. Nisha has been providing a private consultation service for a variety of clinical conditions at Murdoch, Subiaco and Mandurah. She has a special interest in Gastroenterology and related medical nutrition therapy. Nisha is a member of Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). She loves playing badminton and enjoys dancing, arts & crafts, experimenting with new flavours & cooking techniques. Nisha lives in Subiaco with her husband and her toddler.



09.01.2022 Carl Graham BSc (Hons), MAppPsych ACBS Clinical Psychologist Carl did his undergraduate studies in Psychology at Curtin University and completed postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology at Murdoch University with a research emphasis in neuropsychology. He gained eligibility for entry to the Australian College of Clinical Psychologists in 2002.... Since then he has specialised in practise and applied research in behavioural medicine with an emphasis on the treatment and management of chronic diseases, and has published several articles in peer reviewed journals. He has worked with the Pain Medicine Units at Fremantle Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital and was a member of the WA Musculoskeletal Health Network Spinal Pain Working Group which designed the current treatment guidelines for the management of spinal pain in WA. He was involved with the development and deployment of the award winning STEPS Pain Management programme which is now seen as a leading model in chronic pain treatment. He has worked with the Centre for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases at Fremantle and Fiona Stanley Hospitals and is the consulting Clinical Psychologist within the Immunology and infectious Disease Unit at Fiona Stanley Hospital. He has been a Clinical Supervisor and lecturer in Health Psychology within the post-graduate Clinical Psychology programme at Murdoch University and has a strong interest in the development of evidence-based psychological practice He is a long-term resident of Fremantle where he lives with his partner and daughter. He is an avid scuba diver, an underwater photographer, and cyclist.

08.01.2022 Wexford Gastroenterology have now opened up rooms north of the river. We accept referrals for both adult and paediatric cases and we consult and do endoscopy lists at Subiaco and the Mount. We are a large practice and will almost always be able to accommodate patients for either colonoscopy or consult with a week or so notice.

03.01.2022 Dr Adrian McElholm BMedSc MBBChB FRCP(UK) FRACP MD Adrian studied Medicine at Queen’s University in Belfast, graduating with distinction in 1997. He achieved Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2002, was awarded his MD for research on Reflux Oesophagitis, Barrett’s Oesophagus and Oesophageal Cancer in 2012. He was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2013 and in 2014 achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians. After co...mpleting specialist training in Gastroenterology and General Medicine in the UK he completed two fellowships in interventional endoscopy in the Royal Perth Hospital, WA and the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, England. He was appointed a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist in Liverpool, UK, in 2012. He moved to Perth in 2013 and works as a Gastroenterologist and General Physician in Rockingham Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital. He has a particular interest in Reflux disease, Barrett’s Oesophagus and interventional endoscopy, as well as general adult gastroenterology, hepatology and endoscopy.
