Every day, NINE children die suddenly and unexpectedly due to miscarriage, stillbirth and SIDS... the reasons are usually unknown and cause the most unimaginable heartache to all involved... ... The red nose foundation raises much needed awareness and funds to support research surrounding this and offers support to families who are grieving the loss of their babies. 03.01.2022 Weight loss isn’t about looking good, it’s about being healthy I was THE biggest nay sayer and negative Nancy when it came to anything keto or low carb.... Cut out carbs; are you freaking NUTS???? Who does that? Who can live like that?!... Not me; that’s for damn sure!!!!! I’ll keep dieting and keep doing what I am doing to try and lose the weight, thanks! Plus it’s only fat right? You don’t need to be thin to be beautiful right? And then my blood results came back in... I was in a lot of pain at the time after having a kidney stent inserted for 3 months and was over it....completely broken and hated everything! Kidney infections and stones, pain everywhere, especially my lower back, headaches all the time, dizziness, short of breath, fatty liver disease, you name it.....but none of that really scared me; it was all good...until it wasn’t!!!!! Chantelle, do you understand how serious this is, you are on the brink of diabetes type 2, you NEED to get the weight down and your kidneys are failing! We may need to look into dialysis if we don’t get this under control within the next few months.. I’m putting you on the list for weight loss surgery! This took the wind right out of my sails, and I cried!!! I cried because I was scared! Any type of surgery gives me anxiety, my dad was going through stage 4 stomach cancer, and had just had his leg amputated (which was attributed from type 2 diabetes) and THAT was my wake up call! Enough was enough, but what the hell do i do???? I had literally tried so many things and the weight was just getting worse not better... I couldn’t move properly to exercise, I ate all the right things, we rarely had takeaway, and I ate below my calories, nothing was working!!!! And then I found the answer that was right for ME.... it turns out I had insulin resistance, so everything I was doing was making it worse! I did it all on my own, with nothing but support from some pretty amazing people, No meds, and I’ve only recently in the last few months incorporated exercise and I am down 21kgs! Have I fallen off the wagon; hell yeah! Many times... but you bet I get right back on and give it my all again! I took the 90 DAY CHALLENGE, and grabbed hold of the support and info given to me and educated myself on what is good for me! And now I help others do the same, which keeps me accountable!!! Consistency is KEY, and products like the ones I was and still am using helped keep me in check and on track! IF YOU WANT A KICKSTART; this is your sign!
