It is so important to have a nightly routine and turn away from our devices. ... Although research on the use of essential oils is limited, lavender essential oil is widely recognized as a natural sleep aid. For example, a 2005 study assessed how lavender essential oil affected 31 young, healthy sleepers. Researchers found that lavender increased the amount of slow- and deep-wave sleep in participants. All participants reported feeling higher vigor the next morning. But a blend of essential oils have proven more effective. Just last night our crews were sharpening skills on building fires, a good chance for our Breathing Apparatus (BA) crews to practice structural firefighting, search and rescue and entry techniques. 05.01.2022 Another win for our Northern Beaches police From: Northern Beaches Police Area Command Late last week and two days ago, the owners of stores at Bilgola Plateau and Palm Beach reported large amounts of cash stolen from their businesses. Investigations led members of our Proactive Crime Team to the Central Coast this morning where they stopped a newly bought ute. From there to a home on Lake Macquarie and the execution of a search warrant that saw property seized and a cannabis... caution issued. The utes also been seized as tainted property - believed bought with the proceeds of the robberies A 41 year old mans been charged with: - steal from dwelling x 2 - enter dwelling with intent to steal x 2 - breach of bail.
