07.01.2022 Toodyay Rideshare Update Due to the majority of users not having the app, I am no longer advertising as an ‘Uber’ driver in the Toodyay/Avon valley area. I am n...ow a Dept of Transport authorised ‘On demand Booking Service’ #1003028. Essentially the same as Uber only better! I am a part time worker but have no set hours or days and can make myself available as needed, including early airport transfers. I will also pick you up from the airport and transfer home. You will need to pre book airport runs, and long trips to the Perth metro area. Fares Fares are charged at $1.50 per kilometre, inclusive of GST. There is no base charge (flagfall) nor any charge for minutes travelled. There is no charge for my travel time to pick you up. There must be a start and finish address to calculate the correct fare. There is a minimum charge of $13 for distances with-in 8.5 km of Toodyay town. Wait time is charged. First 5 minutes are free, then $5.00 for every 5 minutes or part thereof, remember other people may be waiting for a ride at the same time. Credit card facilities are available.
