17.01.2022 We have some exciting news! On Monday we will be opening our new Horsham location!! We will still be operating in Hopetoun and all pasta and gelato will still be made here and transported fresh daily to our Horsham store. Thank you to all our loyal customers for being patient and we're so excited to finally be able to announce what we have been working on for months!

11.01.2022 As many of you know, towards the end of last year we launched some new variations of 'ready-made-meals' to expand on our homemade lasagne. These meals include canelloni, stuffed jumbo shells and of course mac and cheese! The mac and cheese underwent extensive analysis from some of the toughest critics around.... CHILDREN! The trials began on our own children, who gave us the big thumbs up, but we wondered if they were just being polite. We decide to kick things up a notch wit...h a visit to Tempy Primary School. We gave each student the opportunity to personalize their mac and cheese with an image of them eating dinner with their family, cooked it for them and then came the moment of truth, the tasting! Here are some some of the reviews and ratings we recieved "It's so yummy, I could eat this every day!" "I love when the cheese is stringy!" "One million out of one thousand!!" So there you have it folks, the mac and cheese gets a big tick from the kids, but the big kids love it just as much (Y)
