The program focusses on beekeeping business viability and supports beekeepers to make decisions and changes that will improve their business productivity, performance and profit in the face of climate variability. Green Carpenter Bee: The Green Carpenter Bee is a large iconic native bee species. It is beautiful jewel green in colour, and is friendly and harmless. The species is extinct on mainland South Australia and Victoria but still exists on Kangaroo Island. A group of dedicated people are working tirelessly to save it.
