15.01.2022 Daniel’s current favourite ‘The Other Right, Bright Young Thing Pet Nat 2020’: "Pure Chardonnay Pet Nat! This is made from organic grapes in Piccadilly Valley (Adelaide Hills) with no additions at all. I fell in love with TheOther Right from the moment I first tasted some of Alex's wines out of the barrel in his shed. The combination of his electricpersonality and wine expertise werepersonified in the wines, especially in his pet nats, precision yet very fun and exciting . This pet nat has lively bubbles, a medium body with nutty, lemony citrus and honey notes. A beautiful cloudy straw colour with great texture and acidity. A fantastic pet nat for the warm afternoon park sits or to compliment some little nibbles (oysters!)."

13.01.2022 Patrick Sullivan Rain 2019 This is one of my favourite wines at the moment. Carbonic Cab Franc with Pinot Gris to make an elegant yet richly fruited wine with loads of sweet cherry fruit and fine tannin. Almost Grenache like. Bright, fresh and delicious!

06.01.2022 Other Right Spring Releases in the shop! We have 6 new wines from Alex & Galit in the Adelaide Hills for you drinking pleasure. Every year these are some of our favourite releases. Fresh, vibrant and approachable wines with complexity and interest beyond just the fruit. It takes good vineyards, experience and science to produce natural wine that doesn't make me want to put my face in a dishwasher. Thankfully Alex & Galit have done all that with years of experience and study b...ehind them. Plus not only is their wine good but they are genuinelylovely people as well. This year we have three delicious Pet Nats, two interestingly different skin contact wines and a light red.

05.01.2022 New Wines From Lucy Margaux... We have received a small batch of wines from Anton's Spring release! Now these wines have areputationin Sydney for being a bit on the rough side sometimes. So after tasting through the releases we have selected the four we felt were the cleanest, tastiest and best representation of the region as seen through Anton's wild eyes. No sulphite additions and pretty much all sold out by the time I sat down to write this.

01.01.2022 Manon Wines new releases are almost gone! Estate grown and made natural wines are a rare thing in Australia, which is why it is always makes us so happy to have Monique and Tim's wines on the shelf. Both the Forest Red and Rose are light, fresh and almost gone. We are down to our last few bottles and these Adelaide Hills wines are well worth a try.

01.01.2022 Spring has well and truly sprung. Our take on a classic: New season asparagus with crème fraîche and bottarga.
