25.01.2022 What On Earth Is EBM? The fifth area of EBM looks at the cycles and seasons of the Earth as well as the elements according to different traditions (earth, air, fire, water, ether/spirit). Here, we take a look at the types of cycles, how we interact with these cycles as well as how we can live according to these cycles/seasons. By doing this we learn to again live in alignment with our innate selves and live-in harmony with the earth. (This component of EBM is offered in a six-week online course however due to time constraints will be touched upon only briefly in the upcoming three-hour intro session local to the Penrith area in the upcoming weeks)

I have gone through some deep personal change over the past couple of years and many of you have followed in some way or another. You have held a safe and supportive space for me to be vulnerable and venture out as myself and it is in this process that I hope others too can feel free to be who they are. I sometimes wonder if my story impacts others and I usually get some form of sign. A... thank you or a message to say how their life has changed in some positive way. Thank you to those who let me know I have made some form of impact as it reminds me why I share my journey. My story started with a low self-worth and has thrived into wild and free transformation. I hope that my story has made an impact on many, I hope that by sharing my journey it has made an impact on you!

The sixth component of EBM covers forest bathing which allows us to completely immerse ourselves in our natural environment, to feel into breath with everything that is alive within and around us. For anyone who has been studying the online module this is also the last session to put everything into practice learnt over the past six weeks. For those doing the face to face intro session it is a taster with snippets of each subject covered which is a great way to dip in to see if EBM is for you. (This component of EBM is offered in a six-week online course however will running on the 6th December 10am-1pm at The Rock Lookout in Mulgoa.) 08.01.2022 Waking up to a beautiful sunrise and what seems to be a1000 kookaburras laughing and spreading their morning stories. Feeling their joy as love from within. So grateful for waking up this way each morning. Ooooh and coffee!

06.01.2022 I put up my awning up for the very first time! It was hot and I needed space for Kali and I to keep cool in this heat. I hadn’t put it up previously as I may have unconsciously been afraid that something else would go wrong. But alas nothing went wrong and I feel like I have an amazing new space in my home that keeps us cool on hot days. Super Stoked!
