24.01.2022 Thai night. Eggnets stuffed with crispy fish and young coconut, Chilli squid and jelly fish salad and peanut sambal. Thai redChicken Curry, coconut rice and green mango salad. Coconut cake, fresh lychees, kaffir lime and ginger mousse, pineapple, mint and vodka salad, coconut soil and rasberry sorbet...great clients. X

23.01.2022 English inspired menu of Welsh Rarebit with truffle greens, Black pudding stuffed squid with watercress puree, Beef wellingtin with pickled beetroot and Eton Mess with milk crumble, sherbet and raspberry paint.

17.01.2022 Local zucchini flowers stuffed with home made bush spiced ricotta and mixed tomato, caper ans basil salsa with truffle oil. Grean tea smoked duck, cucumber noodles, fried shallots and Miso Japanese eggplant compute with grilled watermelon. Constructed Christmas Pudding. Thank you Leslie and Jeffery Rowe. 10.01.2022 Boxed up Christmas goodies.....Smoked tomato & Goats Cheese tarts, chicken Ballentine stuffed with Mango & Almond, Pork Balls with Pomegranite, Truffle Oil & Danish Fetta with fresh Basil, Japanese Crispy Fish mini Salads with Soba Noodles on Tempurered Beetle leaves, Welsh Rarebit Croquets & Stuffed Bean Curd Skins with Silken Tofu, Mixed Mushrooms, Spinach & Curry Dipping Sauce.....Not a bad way to have a Private Function in your own home for Christmas.
