23.01.2022 A few photos from the Citrus Celebration at the Community Gardens yesterday.I won 2nd prize for my Lemon Tart.I also sold some mandarin and fruit buns to the locals and met ex customers from the Organic Market. Also a recipe for Morrocan Magic

22.01.2022 Just back from a wonderful holiday on Lord Howe Island.Had the best Fish and chips cooked by the local fisherman.He and his wife open their home to the locals and tourists just one night each week.We had Sushumi for an entree Tempura fish and excellent homemade{I suspect}chips and tartare sauce and to finish a very good lemon tart....different to mine,but delicious. The fisherman delivered freshly caught fish of the day to our accommmodation on request.We would leave $15 in the fridge and he would take the money and leave the fish.How good is that!!!!Back to business now and I would like to promote my Pastry Making Class on 6th September.Also Sourdough class 3rd October.Please phone me at 0266895178 for more information and bookings.
