This round is statewide again thanks to the support of th...e Queensland Family and Child Commission. What’s it all about Young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are looking for support with their school, uni, arts or sporting dreams are encouraged to apply for the Young, Black and Proud Scholarship. There’s $1000 and $2000 scholarships available. To be eligible for the scholarship they need to be: of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, 25 years old or younger & living in Queensland. Applications close 10 June How you can help Please share with your networks and/or print out copies of the attached poster and flyer to assist you in promoting the program within your local community.
