25.01.2022 Week 2 at the @Ebenezer Night Markets during the fringe season we have officially sold out of all our bow ties. We have only got 2 pairs of pink sunnies and 2 yellow sunnies.

24.01.2022 I have decided to temporarily step away from our business, my father was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and although he was getting better, unfortunately the cancer has spread to his brain and I would like to focus all my attention on him for a while. I also work full time and we will be moving house soon so everything is just a little too much right now. We appreciate your patience at this time x

19.01.2022 So this year has been a terrible year for my Family, both my parents have been in and out of hospital and sometimes are in at the same time. My father passed away 3 weeks ago and ever since then our lives have been nothing but a mess and yesterday was the low blow when the landlord of Dads shop decided he would change the locks and keep all our stuff and hold my Mum at ransom who is in hospital fighting for her life and he eants her to pay $7000 to release everything (she has... paid all rent and bills and owes nothing) we need thr stuff to sell so she can make some money as Dad was the one bringing in the money. We still have yet to pay for the funeral too. My mum is in pieces, her whole life is a mess and she is losing everything and I feel so broken for her. I am doing everything I can to help her. My aunt set up a GoFundMe page and all funds will be going to help my mum. 13.01.2022 Yesterday I buried my Father, he was the first man I ever loved and it fucking hurts. My Dad was my everything and we were so alike. My creativity and drive came from him. He was my inspiration to create. My dad's passion was upholstery, recreating preloved furniture and making them fresh and new and did it for over 40 years. He played with designs and created some amazing things for his customers and I wanted to do the same. Whimsical Co was born in his upholstery shop, I cr...eated my first candles while he was reupholstering a piece of furniture. I remember Dad coming in and smelling my first batch of candles and telling me I done well and was proud of me. My business grew and expanded, I even tried making cushions (with my Dad's help of course) and sold them but that wasn't my passion so it didn't really go far but the cushions I did create went to some people's homes who loved them. Dad was always interested in what I was doing in my business and even wanted to try and help create some designs. My dad and I talked about purchasing a laser cutter so we can create together but funds kept that dream away. I do still plan to buy one, eventually My Dad always told me he wanted to be buried in a coffin with a window and then shot out to space like a rocket so he can explore the universe, he knew it wasn't possible but I wanted to try and give him the send off he deserves so I created this image for him.
