We'd also like to say, "Hello from Tasmania!" to his family in Poland... Furthermore we'd like to introduce a new range of products from the 'Bear Back Range' including a silky smooth Body Butter and 2 new solid wax fragrances...They smell AWESOME!! 14.01.2022 Here's a warm fuzzy end to Friday's post: We were left with mixed feelings over the removal of a baby's garment by someone who did not pay. Well, yesterday duri...ng the market, an extraordinary woman went into MOHS shop and offered Wendy $10.00 towards the cost of the missing garment. Wendy was almost moved to tears but politely declined the offer. Nevertheless, the offer was more than enough to restore one's faith in human beings. We live in an awesome community! We didn't get the lady's name but thank you so much for your kindness and generosity of spirit. Here's some pics from yesterdays market....x See more

14.01.2022 Good Morning DV! In the past few days we had several people pop into the shop very concerned that we were closing down because we had removed everything from ou...r window displays. No need for concern folks, with Tuesdays snow and rain we had some flooding in those areas which is being repaired on Sunday. So it's all fine... We do have a new resident photographer now and you'll see some of his beautiful work on our walls. We've also had to buy in more shelf space so we've done some reshuffling in store. Additionally, Vintage Alice has a new 'male line' of products called 'Briars Creek'..Here are some pics of what you can expect now. See more

It's been fabulous that so many locals have been supporting the Makers at MOHS to buy gifts for special occasions and even starting to... think about Fathers' Day & Christmas. We are so very lucky to have so many creative folks in our one-stop-shop. This week we are promoting our foody, 'Thistle Dew' for their taste sensations in chutneys, sauces, lemon curd & new to their range, 'honey'. Made by local bees, collected at Wiatena and bought to you as fresh as the bees made it. 3 delicious sorts, Leatherwood, Meadow and Bush honey. Let's not forget 'Made in Magra' for macrame & gemstone jewelry. 'Made in Magra' is a mother & daughter team who have put COVID-19 to good use. Their intricate macrame work is exceptional! They use a variety of beautiful gemstones both large and small in their work. Additionally as requested by customers, Whimsical Indulgence has introduced, 'goats milk soap'free of added scent or chemicals including the one used to make soap, 'white' color. This soap is known to be gentler on those which eczema and psoriasis. Their fabulous lip balm will also be available by next week. Feel free to pop in and have a browse. See more
