The Blue Mountains National Park covers over one million acres and only a tiny, tiny proportion has been effected in any way. The media loves a good story but the businesses in the mountains need visitor levels to come back. If you were thinking of spending some time in the most beautiful part of Australia, breathing clean, pure air, we...d all love to see you. Our thoughts are with the people who have suffered losses, especially as many work in our tourist industry. Help support them by supporting the businesses that employ them. 20.01.2022 This weekend in the Blue Mountains marks the 200th anniversary of the crossing by Blaxland, Wentworth & Lawson. There are major celebrations including a flyover by 60 planes including RAAF Roulettes. On Sunday at Wentworth Falls Lake there is a fair, re-enactments and will be a wonderful day for all. 10.01.2022 Such a beautiful morning after all the rain, I had to take the short walk to Princes Rock to see what Wentworth Falls waterfall was up to! Everything fresh along the track and the waterfall was loud even at the top lookouts.
