04.01.2022 Only days away from cooking our wood fired pizzas.... This old girl will be lit everyday until we do... I never knew how much I would miss my oven and the many happy faces that we served. She will need all week to warm up and slowly penetrate the 13 tonnes of materials she is built from. She is the heart of our business, looking forward to warming our hearts again...
