13.01.2022 Today, a public statement was released to all federal MPs, calling on the Attorney-General (Christian Porter) to drop the unjust prosecutions of whistleblower W...itness K and his lawyer Bernard Collaery. The statement has been endorsed by hundreds of Australians from all walks of life. You can read the full statement, and see a list of those who endorsed it, on the Bernard Collaery Supporters webpage at: https://bit.ly/30jJbWZ

12.01.2022 I gave frank and fearless advice, and the response was I’ve been charged with conspiracy, Collaery told Sydney Criminal Lawyers in April last year. That probably means I’ve been conspiring with clients for 40 years. That’s what it amounts to, As far as I am concerned, the charge against K means that it’s a crime to report a crime. Think about it. That’s Australia at present.

10.01.2022 Just as it’s revealed that our federal government has given News Corp another $10 million without tender or conditions to back up the $30 million they gave them last year. https://www.abc.net.au//foxtel-given-$10-million-/12868704 https://fb.watch/1KOEjCs9g6/

08.01.2022 MURRAY-DARLING BASIN PLAN UNDER ATTACK Today the National Party launched a full scale attack on the Murray-Darling Basin Plan and South Australia. Today the Nat...ionals tried to kill off the 450GL of environment water owed to SA by trying to amend the Water Act and Basin Plan. I’ll be fighting for SA in the Senate tonight to stop that happening. I have already threatened to cut off communications with the Government if they support the National Party amendments. We know from the SA Royal Commission that there is not enough irrigation water being returned to the river. The 3200GL in the current plan falls short of what is needed, let alone reducing that by a further 450GL. The Government have indicated they won’t support the Nationals’ changes. But we all know that as long as the Liberals are cuddled up in their coalition bed with the Nationals, and relying on them to hold onto power, you just can’t trust them on the Murray-Darling. There’s a real risk that at some point they’ll roll over and agree to the Nationals’ shameless water grab. We have to keep the pressure on to keep the Government true to their agreements. 06.01.2022 Prime Minister Scott Morrison has defended allowing a former government minister to fly around the world on a taxpayer-funded Royal Australian Air Force jet. .....says 'he would have got COVID' flying commercial https://www.abc.net.au//pm-defends-raaf-jet-for-c/12917878

06.01.2022 Just wow. Such disincentive...

05.01.2022 What a brilliant defence this is to justifying pork barrelling: "Every one else does it in government!" Awesome. Imagine Dan Andrews fronting the Murdoch drones... to offer that excuse. He would be sliced, diced and served on a platter with vegetables on the side. The fact she says its perfectly legal, is confirmation someone who should be updating the laws of the state, have not done their job. You govern for all, or you do not govern. Being elected leader does not mean you get to use the power of office to look after only those that like you or voted for you. Absolutely pathetic. See more
